Here's what you'll learn

01

The Real Cost

How to find what every product on your menu actually costs, down to the penny, and spot the "bestseller" that's quietly losing you money.

02

The Confident Price

How to set prices that pay you for your time, talent and overhead, and quote them without flinching, even to friends, family and Susan from Facebook.

03

The Profitable Menu

How Janelle rebuilt The Cake Mamas around the products that made money, so busy finally means paid.

The shift this class is built on

You don't have a sales problem. You have a math problem. Fix the number on each product and the same week of baking pays you.

More orders on the wrong prices just help you lose money faster. Custom cakes were my dream, and they turned out to be my least profitable product. Cupcakes built the seven-figure bakery, and I only saw that once I did the math.Xo, Janelle

Janelle Copeland
Founder of The Cake Mamas · bakery business coach · founder of Costli

Janelle baked her first cake after watching Cake Boss. She sold to friends and family from home, and about 18 months later opened The Cake Mamas on Route 66 in Glendora, California.

She grew it into a seven-figure bakery with a team of 20+, won Cupcake Wars on Food Network, and ran it for over a decade. The thing that changed everything wasn't more orders. It was finding out which products actually made money.

She's been coaching bakers on the business side since 2017, and she just built Costli so no baker has to do the pricing math by hand again. This class is the short version of what she teaches.

The Bestseller Profit Check

A one-page sheet for your top 5 products: what each one really costs (ingredients, packaging, labor, overhead), what you charge, the profit that's left, and a verdict for each one. Keep, raise, go premium or cut.

Fill it in before Monday with your real numbers. It takes about ten minutes, and you'll want it open when the class gets to The Real Cost.
